Finally found who plays a guitar with off center fret inlays like your dad’s guitar. Larry Graff of Painted Mandolin plays one. He’s a local Dylanologist too.
It wasn’t really research. I pretty much go to the same ten bands. It was bound to show up and I’d realize it if my mind was wandering that way during a song. I will continue my research til funding dries up though.
